Leece, near Ulverston & Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, Southern Lake District

We have six rooms available, four in what is the main part of the farm house and two in the part of the house that was the original farm cottage.

All have been renovated and decorated recently and are furnished to a very high standard, with tea/coffee making facilities and a colour television in each room.

All our rooms are of large proportions, each with its own character shown in the furniture and furnishings.

We have a residents' lounge situated in the older part of the house; this is a large comfortable room with a television and an open fire - when required.

Breakfast is taken in our dining/lounge area situated in the main part of the house with it's original flagged floor, antique furniture and heated by our Aga. This is another very comfortable room.

We have a non-smoking policy in all our bedrooms and bathrooms, smoking is permitted in the lounge areas, but we would ask that you respect our non-smoking guests, especially at breakfast time.

Due to the nature of the house layout we regret that we are unable to accommodate disabled guests.

There is ample off road parking for several vehicles and we have a safe storage area for bicycles if required.
